You are My Dwelling Place

I am the bread of life that comes from heaven, revealing my love for the hurting and the hungry of humanity. My spirit descended on the day of Pentecost like a fire, and my presence poured on everyone present. You are my dwelling place, and I give hope to everyone who is broken and faint of heart. (Healing For Your Wounded Heart)

Those who abide in me have the spirit of God living in them, and you are my sons and daughters. I make no distinction between male and female your ethnicity or social status, for all of you are one in me.

I made you an integral part of my body, and your earthly body is the dwelling place of my presence. Your body is the temple of the living God, which creates immense value in you, for my presence no longer dwells in buildings but within you. I live in you, so don’t let anyone degrade or shame you. Never feel like you are damaged goods or that you are unlovable.

There is an immense and limitless treasure that dwells within you. It is my spirit that loves you unconditionally and accepts you just as you are, and believes in you despite your weaknesses and failures. My presence changes everything when you are aware of how much I love you. In this day and hour, know that your body is the temple of my spirit.

I encourage you to respect yourself and others and transform the course of your life. I will help you set the boundaries you need and free you from the pain and guilt you have suffered at the hands of others. Remember, you are my dwelling place, and I am with you always as your companion and defender. So do not lose heart. (We are all Broken, and that’s Alright)

Scriptures:

For the bread of God is the bread that comes down from heaven and gives life to the world. John 6:33 NIV

So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. Galatians 26-28 NIV

Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst?  If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy that person; for God’s temple is sacred, and you together are that temple. 1 Corinthians 3:16-17 NIV
