Be Still, Then Go App Privacy Policy

Be Still, Then Go is a free app from Mindful Christianity Ministries. This policy describes the app and its web version. Our website privacy policy separately covers the Mindful Christianity website and its services.
What you save in the app
Your check-ins and notes, journey progress, favorites, reminder setting, and music preference are stored on the device or browser where you use the app. We do not require an account, receive the text of your check-ins through the app, or sync this information to our servers. Someone with access to your unlocked device or browser profile may be able to see it.
You can delete saved check-ins, favorites, and progress with “Clear saved check-ins, favorites and progress” on the You page. This also turns off a scheduled reminder in the native app. Uninstalling the app or clearing browser data may remove local app data. Your device provider’s backup and restore settings may affect whether app data is retained or restored. The app itself does not provide account-based syncing between devices.
Daily reminders
If you turn on a daily reminder in the iPhone or Android app and allow notifications, the app schedules a local notification at the time you choose. It does not send your reminder setting to a notification server. You can turn reminders off in the app or control notification permission in your phone settings. The web version can show a reminder only while the page is open, along with an invitation when you return.
Technical information
When you open the web version, our hosting provider may process basic technical information such as your IP address, device or browser details, requested files, and diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the page. The app does not include an advertising tracker or a separate analytics service. The installed app includes its guided audio and images, so listening to those bundled recordings does not send your check-ins to us.
External websites and sharing
The app links to Mindful Christianity resources and services such as books, music, reflections, and support pages. When you choose one of these links, that destination may process information under its own privacy policy. If you use your phone’s share control, the information is handled by the sharing app you select. The app does not send your check-in notes with a shared link.
Children and changes
The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the app changes; the effective date above will change when we do.
